The following are some comments from our boarders.Moving to a new barn is always stressful. But I knew as soon as my 2 horses arrived at White Rose Farm that they would be taken care of as if they were Cathy’s own. She has constant eyes on the horses and gives me updates almost every day on their activity. The pastures are impeccably clean and manure free, significantly reducing the fly problem during the summer. Regardless of the amount of maintenance the horse needs, and one of mine is pretty high maintenance, she takes all the time that they need to nurse them through whatever ails them. When I toured the facility she offered to take fly sheets off every horse so that I could visualize how they looked and sent me several references, all unsolicited. Cathy will accommodate your special requests and pamper your boy or girl to their heart’s content!! And the peaceful, serene aura that surrounds the property will make your horse feel like they’re living in a paradise.

When it came time to sell my own farm, all horses had gone on to new careers, except the two that meant the most to me. My two retirees, who had carried me hunting and showing, deserved green pastures and pampering. They are very lucky to be at Cathy Newman’s White Rose Farm where they are wonderfully cared for and happy. Cathy is a knowledgeable, caring and extremely responsible horsewoman. Any horse would be fortunate to retire at White Rose Farm!

We have been bringing our two mares for Cathy to take care of over the summer months for five years now. I just hope she never retires because I know nobody would take care of them like she does. She treats them as if they were own and I can't say enough good things about her.
